BAABA’s board creates opportunities for professionals and students to learn, connect, and strengthen behavior analysis across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
Current leadership
President
Shannon is a Clinical Director at BlueSprig whose collaborative, people-centered leadership focuses on developing strong leaders, building supportive communities, and creating opportunities for education and volunteering.
Vice President
Ana brings experience in clinical practice, quality control, and culturally responsive ABA services. Her leadership priorities include community engagement, professional development, ethical practice, and collaboration across the Bay Area.
Treasurer
Sonia has worked in applied behavior analysis since 2002 and has been a BCBA since 2006. Her broad experience spans schools, clinics, homes, rehabilitation facilities, and group homes, supporting both children and adults.
Member-at-Large
Paige is the Practicum Coordinator and an Assistant Professor of Instruction at USF. With more than 15 years in the field, she works with graduate students and Tampa Bay agencies to support high-quality fieldwork experiences.
Community Liaison
Prerana is a USF doctoral student and BCBA whose work focuses on safety skills, severe problem behavior, and culturally responsive practice. She is committed to expanding opportunity and community for students and new professionals.
Social Media Manager
Anthony is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Program Chair for the MA program in Applied Behavior Analysis at USF. His experience in clinical training, recruitment, and digital engagement supports BAABA’s work to strengthen communication and expand its community reach.
